General servicing is a routine clean of filters, coil surface and drainage. A chemical wash uses coil cleaner to deep-clean the coil and blower with the unit still mounted. A chemical overhaul fully dismantles the unit and soaks every part — the deepest clean possible.

General servicing takes about 30 to 45 minutes per unit. A chemical wash takes about an hour per unit, and a chemical overhaul around 1.5 to 2 hours per unit.

An adult should be present to let our technicians in and see the before-and-after condition. If you cannot be home, a family member, helper or agent can receive us.

No. We lay drop sheets under every unit, use a water-catch bag during cleaning and wipe down the area before we leave.

Switch it off and place a towel underneath. Leaks are usually caused by a clogged drainage pipe or dirty coil and are often fixed with a chemical wash. WhatsApp us a photo and we will advise.

It may be, but a dirty coil, clogged filter or faulty fan can cause the same symptom. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending a gas top-up.

Diagnosis is $60 and is waived if you go ahead with the recommended repair.

As a rough guide, a common bedroom needs 9,000 BTU and a living room 18,000 to 24,000 BTU, but ceiling height, sun exposure and room usage matter. Our free site survey sizes each room properly.

Yes. Our annual contracts include 4 scheduled servicing visits per year at a lower per-unit rate, with priority booking for repairs. Ideal for homes with 3 or more units and for offices, shops and F&B outlets.
